TERMS OF USE · VERSION 1.1 · EFFECTIVE 4 OCTOBER 2026
The short rules.
battleblocks.app is operated by Redditech Pty Ltd (trading as Redditech), ABN 14 642 167 477, Queensland, Australia. By using the site you agree to these terms. They cover the website and the newsletter only; a downloadable game or an online play service will have its own terms when it exists.
What this site is
BattleBlocks AI is an independent game in development. The site explains the concept and publishes development updates. Concept art and board illustrations are design explorations, not screenshots of released gameplay. Anything described as planned is a plan, not a promise.
What is not offered here
No game download, app-store listing, multiplayer service, payment, purchase, wallet connection or game account is offered through this site at this version. Following the devlog or subscribing to the newsletter does not entitle anyone to a playtest place.
Newsletter
Signup is not yet open to the public; at this version the form accepts only addresses the operator has allow-listed for testing. When it opens, you may subscribe with an email address you control. We send a single confirmation email; nothing else is sent until you confirm. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Do not enter an address that is not yours. The privacy policy explains what we store and for how long.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or overload its endpoints, scrape addresses, or submit content or addresses you have no right to. We may block traffic that does.
Content and intellectual property
The site's text, artwork, logo and design belong to Redditech Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site and quote short extracts with attribution. No licence to the game, its source code or its assets is granted by these terms. The BattleBlocks AI repository on GitHub carries its own licence terms.
Liability
The site is provided as a development preview, as is. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Redditech Pty Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content or from interruptions to it.
Age
The site and newsletter are intended for people aged 13 and over.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland. Questions about them go to privacy@battleblocks.app.
Changes
This is version 1.1, effective 4 October 2026. Changes are published here with a new version and date.
